Shipping timeframe

Our aim is to dispatch your item within 1-2 business days from date of order. 

Shipping Issues/Delays

Should on the rare chance any shipping issues arise we will notify you via contact details provided with order and assist you in ensuring the safe and timely arrival of your order.

All orders dispatched by us are sent via tracked parcel services. We use Australia Post, with sign on delivery for orders placed online. You can request no signature at time of order by placing a note in the delivery instruction section when ordering to enable orders to be left at your premises, this is done by request only.

Tracking

All orders are provided with a tracking number for customers to have tracking services on their order. This is updated at time of dispatch with a customer notification being sent via email, text message, or both depending on the details supplied to us at time of order. Live updates can be monitored and seen by utilising these tracking notifications which link to the online services of the shipping method.

Our responsibility to you

We will always ensure orders are delivered in a timely and safe manner, in the case of any delivery issues we request customers to contact us so we can investigate the issue to find the solution and make sure you have your order.
